If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of regular stock items simply call our Toll Free number (1-800-663-9902) to obtain a Return Authorization number and then return the used and or unused items (at the customers expense) along with the return number and we will:
- Issue you a Gaults credit for the purchase price (excludes shipping and surcharges), or
- Replace or exchange the merchandise, or
- Credit the purchase price to your credit card account (excludes shipping and surcharges).
