Hotels are built to provide hospitality service to their valued guests, not to facilitate the staging and distribution of the room contents when they are first built. The distribution of hundreds of in-room amenities, linens, bedding, smallwares and small electronics presents a difficult and costly logistical challenge to hospitality property developers and their purchasing intermediaries.

We will pack all of the in-room contents into clearly marked boxes by room configuration according to the developers’ specifications. Developers that choose this service avoid the labour and logistical nightmare of having to sort through hundreds of bulk packed boxes to distribute thousands of small items into the rooms. Instead all they need to do is take the boxes that are pre-packed by the room to the room numbers marked on the outside of the boxes and begin unpacking. Simple, cost effective and incredibly efficient.
